Roger Pradier Belcour Surface Ceiling Light from the Belcour range is a semiflush ceiling fixture that combines industrialnautical cues with contemporary form. The design pairs a circular ceiling rose and short fixed stem with a broad, shallow conical metal shade and a central pillshaped clear well glass, producing a compact profile suited to low ceilings and covered exterior or bathroom settings.

The fixture’s wide metal brim is intended to act as a reflector, focusing illumination downwards while limiting upward glare. The Belcour is offered in a wide range of finishes to suit both bold and restrained schemes, and its compact, semiflush silhouette balances utility with decorative presence.

Construction is straightforward and robust: a metal ceiling rose and short central rod support the shade, and a clear glass well encloses the lamp. Small mounting screws are visible in the assembly, underlining the product’s considered industrial character and practical build.

The clear glass diffuser gives full visibility to the internal lamp and will showcase filamentstyle sources if used. Light is directed primarily downwards, making the fitting suitable for ambient and task zones where focused, glarecontrolled illumination is required.

This model carries an IP44 rating for splash protection and is supplied with a manufacturer’s 5 years technical & 25 years anticorrosion warranty, reflecting the range’s durability. The Belcour is a surface/flush mounted fitting with a short fixed stem; check the technical sheet or contact us for lamp, driver and dimming specifics for particular variants.
