The Roger Pradier Lampiok Outdoor Pendant, designed by Stphane Joyeux, is a pared-back exterior ceiling light from the Lampiok range. Its silhouette blends a traditional lantern outline with a contemporary, tapered geometric frame, intended for porches and covered patios where downward and ambient illumination is required.

Formally the fitting uses a truncated, open-frame construction of thin, straight metal rods finished in matte black, surrounding a central cylindrical clear inner shade. The range is offered in multiple variants and sizes across the Lampiok collection to suit different exterior scales.

The inner cylinder is shown as clear glass or a clear polymer which houses and protects the lamp while allowing unobstructed light distribution. The open-cage design creates a measured contrast between the angular outer frame and the soft inner housing, giving a calm industrial-modern accent to an entrance or covered outdoor room.

Engineered for exterior conditions, the pendant is IP65 rated and is supplied with a circular ceiling canopy for fixed, hardwired installation to a ceiling junction box. The inner shade suggests compatibility with decorative filament-style bulbs to reinforce the aesthetic; check the product specification for exact lamp and cap details. The product carries a 5 year technical warranty and 25 year anti-corrosion assurance.

At Lighting Design Online we frame the Lampiok pendant as a considered choice for exterior schemes: it resolves the practical need for protected, downward light while contributing a clear, balanced architectural gesture. We combine product clarity with project-aware advice to help you specify fittings that perform reliably and sit comfortably within a considered lighting scheme.
