Dar Cassandra Table Lamp

The Dar Cassandra Table Lamp is a decorative table lamp from Dar that pairs a faceted, mirrored base with a soft fabric shade. The tall cylindrical base is formed from highly polished, chrome-plated vertical strips, giving a contemporary, glamorous presence suitable for interior ambient lighting.

The design contrasts the rhythmic verticality of the reflective base with a clean, cylindrical drum shade. The neutral grey woven shade sits above a small polished metal neck, creating a calm, geometric silhouette that reads well on a sideboard, desk or bedside table.

Construction is notably straightforward: narrow mirrored metallic slats form the base while a neutral grey fabric shade provides a soft horizontal texture. The lamps flat, solid base ensures stable placement on level surfaces and the overall finish is a monochrome silver-and-grey palette.

The drum shade gently diffuses light through its sides while allowing more concentrated light from the top and bottom openings, making the lamp suitable as a source of ambient or task-enhancing light. The reflective base adds subtle dynamic reflections without affecting the shades diffusion.

The lamp is supplied wired with a grey cloth-covered cable and an inline rocker switch for easy operation. It carries an IP20 rating and comes with a 2-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years with online registration.
