Dar Linear Halogen Tube

Dar Linear Halogen Tube is a double-ended halogen bulb from Dar, designed as a high-intensity linear light source for compatible fittings such as floodlights, work lights and torchiere floor lamps.

The lamp has a long, slender cylindrical form finished in clear quartz or hard glass with white ceramic end caps. The ceramic terminations form an R7s double-ended base, intended for push-and-click installation into spring-loaded lamp holders.

Construction includes a visible coiled tungsten filament supported by several small metal wire loops and a precision-engineered support system to withstand the bulb’s operating temperatures. A small exhaust tip on the glass tube is a normal result of the sealing process.

The clear glass envelope provides unobstructed light emission for high-brightness applications, making the tube suitable where direct, intense illumination is required for task or floodlighting. Its compact linear form allows powerful output from a relatively small component.

Sold as a single unit, this is the lamp itself rather than a complete luminaire. It is compatible with R7s spring clip holders; no external driver or transformer is required. The product carries a two-year standard warranty, extendable to five years with online registration.
